Returns
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Shipping the Item: Return the item to the provided address along with the Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Refunds
Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The credit may take a certain number of days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized Products: Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products unless there is a manufacturing defect. Non-Refundable Conditions: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for another, follow the same process as for a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement item.
Return Shipping
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping of Large Items: If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
